I just turned 62, and I think about death now and again. I think it's only natural. After all, I'm on the back end of the bell curve.

My dad dropped dead a couple of years ago of a heart attack at 82 and my mom's still going strong at 81, so I figure I've got some time left barring fate's untimely intervention.

As for when you start living, all you have is this moment. You can't change your past, you can't know your future, but you can live in this moment and enjoy it for what it has to offer.

That's it. That's all. The rest is up to you to make of it what you will. :-)

I just turned 63 and have had similar thoughts. And I'm sure there are many others who ponder the future similarly. Good luck and may you find your journey!
