My eldest daughter is exactly 30 days younger than yours, experienced the same learning disabilities, divorce, and finding her way. The elementary school days were so hard as we did keep her on Ritalin because otherwise she couldn’t keep still much less concentrate. It took me until she was 30 to stop trying to influence her decisions in a Mom kind of way. She’s absolutely on her own track but she still lets me keep her location on my phone, just in case.
I can’t wait for our little girl to be old enough to experience all of these things but I’m so scared of time flying like that!
It's weird, it doesn't feel like it's going so fast as it happens, it just feels like it hindsight. Enjoy these years, I miss them!

Aw how sweet! My oldest daughter just turned 22 and I don’t know where the time went.
