My wife and I will wish each other a happy Valentines Day, but that's about as far as it goes. Neither of us feel the need for a Hallmark holiday to mark our commitment because we do plenty of other things. That said, I've had more than my share of solo VDs, so having the luxury of blowing the day off is a nice luxury.
